RECIPE: :Poppy Seed with Chicken Prep- time: 20 minutes Cooking time: 35 minutes , Serving size: 4 , Heat level: Medium 1 cup plain yogurt 3 1/2 boneless chicken 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Rani Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp. Rani Cumin Powder 1 tsp. Rani Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp. Rani Chili Powder ¼ cup vegetable oil 1/2 tsp. Rani Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp. Rani Clove Powder ¼ tsp. Rani Cinnamon Ground 2 tbsp. almonds slivered 2 tbsp. raisins 1 tsp. Rani White Poppy Seeds Combine yogurt, salt, black pepper, cumin, coriander, chili powder, cardamom, clove, cinnamon and poppy seed into a bowl. Set aside. Season chicken with additional salt on both sides. Put oil in a non stick pan and brown both sides of chicken and transfer them to bowl to marinate. Toast almonds and raisins and add to bowl. Pour total contents of bowl into a pan, bring to simmer and cover. Cook for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove cover and cook until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked all the way through. Serve with rice.
