The retuned item must be safely received in original condition for it to be eligible for a refund. Undelivered Package Please make sure that the delivery address you provide while placing your order is correct. In case a package is returned back to the seller undelivered due to incorrect address, it is up to the seller to notify DesiClik.com to issue a refund. The seller may choose to deduct the shipping charges and any other charges charged by the carrier. there may be a surcharge of up to $14.99. Refund PolicySellers can create full or partial refunds for buyers, including original shipping costs.When you shop at DesiClik.com, we charge your credit card and pass on payment (after subtracting a commission), to your seller. For you to secure a refund equivalent to your initial purchase price, your seller must request a refund to DesiClik.com. In any case where a refund is necessary, such as when your seller is out of stock and cannot ship, or when you return an item, it is the responsibility of the seller to request that refund. We provide sellers with instructions about how to request refunds. Sellers may request for a full or partial refunds for an order. If a new item is returned opened, or an item is returned as unwanted (i.e., not defective), the seller may deduct a origination shipping fee (even if the item was marked as Free Shipping) and / or reasonable restocking fee from your refund. Refunds are typically processed within one week of the seller's request. The funds will be deposited back in your credit card account, and DesiClik.com will send you confirmation of the refund via e-mail. It may take additional 3 to 4 days for the refund to appear on your statement. In case a refund to the original form of payment is not possible, customer will be issued a store credit.
