DesiClik.com makes every attempt to make sure that customers are happy with their purchase irrespective of the store you buy from. If you receive an item different than what was described or was damaged, all stores will gladly work with you for a return or exchange.
However, DesiClik.com is a marketplace which allows multiple merchants to sell their products. Merchants who sell their items at this site vary in their return policies. In case of returns, all items must be returned to the Merchant in accordance with the Merchant's own return policy and should NOT be returned to DesiClik.com.

General Returns Information
Each seller may have a different return policy but here is general information to help you with returning an item to the seller for a refund or exchange. Please note that items purchased from sellers need to be returned directly to the seller and NOT to DesiClik.com.
If you receive an item different than what was described or was damaged, please contact the seller directly within 24 hrs of receiving the shipment to report the defect or damage. You should be able to reach an agreement with one another for an exchange or refund. If necessary, you can return your item to the seller for a refund or exchange.
If you have any issue with your order, please contact the seller within 24 hours of receipt of your order. You can find the email address and phone number of the seller on the invoice. When writing to the seller to arrange for its return, please be as descriptive as possible regarding the problem with the merchandise.
To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item to the seller in the same condition you received it once the seller agrees that the item can be returned.
Shipping and handling charges for returning Marketplace items are borne by the buyer (unless the item you received is damaged or defective). Any origination shipping (even if an item was shipped FREE of Charge), upon return, you may be charged for the original shipping.
Unfortunately, any custom made, personalized or perishable items are not eligible for a return or exchange. Any consumable item cannot be returned after the original packaging has been opened or the factory seal is broken.
NOTE: ANY RETURN / EXCHANGE REQUEST RECEIVED AFTER 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN / EXCHANGE.

Returned Item must contain all original packaging material and tags. For any delicate item, please make sure they are packed to avoid any damage in transit.
It is suggested that items be returned to the seller with a traceable shipping service. Please email the tracking # once the item is returned.
If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service.
Using a trackable return shipping method is the only way for us to verify that your merchandise has been received by the seller. DesiClik.com strives to maintain a marketplace that is fair to both buyers and sellers. If you do not use a traceable method to return your item and you file a claim, that may be grounds for your claim to be denied.
Note that Delivery Confirmation through the U.S. Postal Service does not offer a signature service. If the seller's return address is a P.O. Box, you will need to ship USPS, but be sure to request signature confirmation and insurance for USPS shipments.
The retuned item must be safely received in original condition for it to be eligible for a refund.
Please make sure that the delivery address you provide while placing your order is correct. In case a package is returned back to the seller undelivered due to incorrect address, it is up to the seller to notify DesiClik.com to issue a refund. The seller may choose to deduct the shipping charges and any other charges charged by the carrier. there may be a surcharge of up to $14.99.
Sellers can create full or partial refunds for buyers, including original shipping costs.
When you shop at DesiClik.com, we charge your credit card and pass on payment (after subtracting a commission), to your seller. For you to secure a refund equivalent to your initial purchase price, your seller must request a refund to DesiClik.com.
In any case where a refund is necessary, such as when your seller is out of stock and cannot ship, or when you return an item, it is the responsibility of the seller to request that refund. We provide sellers with instructions about how to request refunds.
Sellers may request for a full or partial refunds for an order. If a new item is returned opened, or an item is returned as unwanted (i.e., not defective), the seller may deduct a origination shipping fee (even if the item was marked as Free Shipping) and / or reasonable restocking fee from your refund.
Refunds are typically processed within one week of the seller's request. The funds will be deposited back in your credit card account, and DesiClik.com will send you confirmation of the refund via e-mail. It may take additional 3 to 4 days for the refund to appear on your statement. In case a refund to the original form of payment is not possible, customer will be issued a store credit.
Note: All charges on your Credit Card Statement will appear as Acro International Inc.
