We ship all over USA. Over 95% of the items are shipped by vendors located in the USA to help reduce delivery time and provide the best customer service. Please check the product page "Shipped From" to see where a specific item is being shipped from.

If you live in India, UK, Canada, Australia and Middle East and want to send a gift to someone in the USA, you can certainly make a purchase and get your order shipped anywhere in USA.

We also have some gifting products for festivals and special occasions that you can get shipped to your family and friends back in India. These products are shipped directly by our vendors located in India.

DesiClik.com is a local Indian online marketplace which means you can purchase from any number of sellers and complete the checkout process easily. Orders can only be shipped within USA at this time. In case you live in India and want to send a gift to someone in the USA, you can still make the purchase.

Payment Options

DesiClik.com allows you to pay for your order using any of the following payment options depending on your order amount -

1) Up to $1500 - Pay via
100% safe checkout. Pay securely using Paypal, Credit Card, Check or eGift Certificate.


2) Order $1500 - $4000 - To pay with Credit Card, select PayPal and then choose "Pay with Debit or Credit Card".

3) Over $4000 - Pay via Wire Transfer, Bank Deposit or QuickPay.

All online transactions are completely secure using 256-bit SSL encryption.

Please Note: Payment is initially collected by DesiClik.com and transferred to sellers account. In case of credit card payments, the charge will appear as Acro International Inc. or DesiClik.com on your statement. In certain cases, you may be asked to provide a copy of your drivers license for us to get your order shipped.  This is for your own safety to avoid any fraudulent transaction.

Make sure to specify the correct amount in "Our Price"; specify the reference order # and click on "Buy Now" to complete the checkout so the payment can be applied to the correct order.

Special Offers

First Time Customer / Newsletter Sign up Offer

Periodically there may be a coupon available for first time customers. When available, the coupon may be emailed to you or published. This coupon is applicable to 95% of the products and may not be applicable towards purchase of all the items. In case of exceptions, the discount will not be applied to those products. Check the product page to find out if the discount coupon is applicable on the item you are purchasing. Only one coupon can be used per order.


Sale & Promotions

DesiClik.com provides tools to sellers who may offer periodic SALE & Promotions and other special offers. All other special offers are provided by individual sellers and NOT by DesiClik.com.

Example - In case there is a special offer of 10% OFF on a purchase of $75.00 or 10% OFF on purchase of $100.00 by a seller in USA, the offer is only valid if you spend that amount with the individual store and NOT across all sellers at DesiClik.com.

Shipping Policy

We assure that the item you purchase is the item you receive. However, each seller has their own shipping policy in relation to timeframe etc. Please check our Shipping Policy topic for details.

Cancel Order

If you need to cancel your order, please contact the seller directly. If your order has not been shipped, the seller should be able to cancel your order without a problem. If your order has already been shipped, the seller may ask you to return the items when you receive them. In rare cases, there may be a re-stocking fee depending on the seller. Out of Stock Items

Sellers work hard to ensure that stock is on hand for delivery, but now and then the availability of a listed item will change by the time an order is placed. If a seller is unable to deliver, they should refund you promptly so that you can place a new order. Please know that while an occasional stock-out is bound to happen, we do require sellers to keep these to a minimum. If we find a seller's out-of-stock sales becomes problematic, we will take appropriate action.
