Leaf17.Silicon DioxideSteps of Cooking:1.Make 4 -5 deep slits on the breast
and thighs of chicken.2.Marinate: Mix garlic and ginger paste, lemon juice and
National Lahori Chargha Recipe Mix,3.Apply it evenly over the chicken and
marinate for 3 - 4 hours or overnight for better results.4.Steam the chicken
in a steamer until it is tender or take a deep pot, place sieve or steel
plate, pour 1 litre of water and place the chicken over the plate.5.Cover and
cook on low heat for 20-30 minutes or until the chicken is tender.6.Fry: Heat
oil in a deep wok. Fry each chicken until crisp and golden from all
sides.7.Serve: Squeeze lemon over the Chargha and serve with raita or National
