Return Policy

You can return/exchange any merchandise (other than gift vouchers) within 3 days of receipt of your shipment. A 10% (min $1.00) restocking fee plus S&H will be charged for all returns and exchanges. Some perishable products cannot be accepted for return.

To return/exchange a merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of shipment to get a Return Approval.
Once approved, please make sure to post mark the return shipment within 3 days of receipt.

Shipping Info

All orders will be processed within 24 business hours. All merchandise is shipped from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA or NY. USA.

We use USPS or FEDEX for all your shipping needs. Shipping Fees are a Flat $9.98, except for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico. You can email us for a quote to these 4 areas.

We make every effort to keep a good stock of all the items on our site. Occasionally, a high-demand item may be sold out. If an item you ordered is sold out, we will notify you via email.

Note: Upon shipping an order, we reserve the right to ship a different brand name of equal or greater value for any product stated item on this site.
