In the unlikely event that you wish to return your new and unused item, we will issue you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number and ship to address. Note that credit for the full purchase price may only be applied if machine has not been used. Unless the machine is damaged, any origination shipping charges are deducted from the refund.

It has been a couple of months since I purchased this and I like this chai machine! It is very easy to use and there is no need to watch for boil over when making Indian style tea, The tea stays hot when left in the metal thermos. There are a lot of options on this machine but I always go with quick chai. No complains so far!!
