CRAFTEA® is committed to providing you with the perfect shopping experience and exceptional customer service with each order. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us with your concern within 30 days of purchase. We will take all reasonably necessary steps to rectify or remedy the issue.

In the unlikely event that you wish to return your new and unused item, we will issue you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number and ship to address. Note that credit for the full purchase price may only be applied if machine has not been used. Unless the machine is damaged, any origination shipping charges are deducted from the refund even if the item was shipped Free.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL DURING SALE / CLEARANCE PERIOD UNLESS THE UNIT YOU RECEIVED IS DAMAGED.

We use UPS, FedEx or USPS shipping service based on the destination. CRAFTEA® cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time.

Craft tea is a great idea and it heats up well. We use it now only during travel. I would have loved to use it daily but there are a few drawbacks: 1. The herbs/tea gets crushed during mixing process as mud so yes tastes more bitter and 2. The heat isn’t enough where the Tea could take more brew.

Crafttea gives me a great way to drink tea the Indian way. I hate boiling on the range and it gets spilled over and a big mess. This avoids all that and still gives you a great tea experience. Only drawback is its very noisy and the beeps are very annoying and loud especially when you wake up in the morning and quietly trying drink tea.
