Malai Chop is also known as Malai Cham-cham and is a favorite Bengali delight.
It is soft, spongy with an airy surface and is delicious to eat.
Fresh Cheese balls are hand rolled, shaped and cooked in very light sugar syrup.
The cham-cham is then sliced in half and stuffed with unsweetened fresh mawa (kheer) and garnished with sliced Pista, A great choice for a party or just for your sweet tooth.
