RECIPE: :Savory Rice Pudding Cooking Time: 25 minutes Prep time: 10 minutes , Serving size: 4 1 cup Rani Basmati Rice 3 cups milk 1/2 cup sugar ¼ cup raisins 1 tsp Rani Cardamom Ground ¼ cup chopped almonds 1 pinch saffron (optional) Soak rice with water for 10 minutes. In a large sauce pan bring 3 cups milk to boil. Drain rice and add to milk. Add sugar, raisins, cardamom, almonds, and saffron. Let rice cook for 20 minutes or until rice is done. Serve cool or warm.

2 cups Rani Basmati Rice 2 cups milk 1/2 cup heavy cream beaten smooth 1 tsp. sugar salt to taste 1/2 tsp. Rani Cumin Seeds 3 Rani Clove Whole 1 Rani Cinnamon Stick 3 Rani Green Cardamoms 1 Bay leaf 1/2 cup water 1 tsp. Rani Chilli Powder 2 tbsp. Rani Ghee Wash and soak rice for 15-20 minute. Mix milk, cream, sugar, salt. Drain rice, keep aside. heat ghee in a heavy pan. Add cumin seeds, cinnamon, bay leaf, cardamoms, clove and chilli powder and saute. Add rice and fry in ghee for 2 minutes. Add milk, cream, mixture. Add 1/2 cup water. Bring to boil. When boil is reached cover and simmer till cooked (15 mins). Each Grain should be cooked, but separate. Add nuts and raisins to rice. Serve with yogurt.

Set aside, heat the cooking oil in a pan. Add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, whole chili, pepper, and hing powders and the curry leaves. When the mustard seeds splutter, add the green chilies and tomatoes. Add salt, turmeric, 1 cup of water and cook for 5 minutes. Add the cooked dal, a bit more water and bring to a boil. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

Rani Fenugreek seeds3 dried red chillies2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice3 hard boiled eggs In a large mixing bowel add tomatoes, ginger, garlic, chili powder, salt coriander, cumin and blend. In sauce pan heat oil and add kalongi, mustard, fenugreek seeds, stir fry for 1 minute. Add tomato mixture to sauté pan and stir fry for about 3 minutes and reduce heat, cover and cook for 7-10min.
