You will receive order tracking details once your order is shipped. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in IL, USA. Return: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept a return for product in its ORIGINAL condition within 5 business days of delivery • To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. • Call or email Customer Service to discuss the return and to obtain a Return Authorization • Outbound shipping charges are not refundable. • Customer is responsible to pay for return shipping. Return shipping charges will be deducted from the amount of the merchandise (in ORIGINAL condition). • There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns, this covers the cost to inspect and return the product to stock for future customers. • Credit card purchases will be refunded to the card used in the original purchase • Online Clearance items may not be returned; they are a final sale. |
