Heavy duty Iron Baffle Burner Plate with legs and handle for Tandoori Oven.
Please confirm the size of the plate before purchase. The size is dependent on the clay pot of the tandoor. Available diameter sizes: 14", 16", 18", 20" and 22" Height: 6.5 inches approximate. Clay tandoor oven plate for gas burner is ideal for a Indian tandoori oven that runs on charcoal, propane natural gas. It helps reduce the flame of the burner so the food does not get burnt. The plate is round and has 2 halves that make it easy to install. Just insert 1 half of the plate at a time, position the plate in the center of the burner and you are all set. What is a tandoor baffle plate? A tandoor baffle plate is an iron metal plate with holes designed to restrain or regulate the flow of heat from the burner / charcoal underneath and provide even heating to the pot that is used for cooking.

That height of the legs for this baffle plate is around 6 inches.

This baffle plate has legs and holes and do not have the sides raised. Product # 31025 does have the sides raised but do not have legs.
