Thanks for wonderful service. I purchased this carrom board about 3 months ago and the quality seemed really good. After a couple of months, in a few spots - the striker movement was very sluggish. It did not bother me for a while as I would just sprinkle boric powder and it would go away. Later I thought of giving desiclik a call to find out how to improve performance of the carrom board?. They asked me to rub those spots with Newspaper and then sprinkle the boric powder. This little trick has actually helped with the performance of those sluggish spots :) Happy customer!!!
