It has been a couple of months since I purchased this and I like this chai machine! It is very easy to use and there is no need to watch for boil over when making Indian style tea, The tea stays hot when left in the metal thermos. There are a lot of options on this machine but I always go with quick chai. No complains so far!!

Crafttea gives me a great way to drink tea the Indian way. I hate boiling on the range and it gets spilled over and a big mess. This avoids all that and still gives you a great tea experience. Only drawback is its very noisy and the beeps are very annoying and loud especially when you wake up in the morning and quietly trying drink tea.
