3 tbsp vegetable oil 1/2 tsp Rani Cumin Seeds 1/2 tsp. Rani Crushed Chili 1/2 tsp Rani Kalongi Seeds 1/2 tsp Rani Mustard Seeds 1/2 tsp Rani Fenugreek Seeds 1/2 tsp Rani Fennel Seeds 1 tsp Rani Granulated Garlic 3 fresh garlic cloves minced 1 tsp fresh ginger minced 2 white onions sliced 6 new potatoes cut into ¼ inch pieces 1 tbsp fresh cilantro In a fry pan, heat oil on low heat. Sauté cumin, chili, kalongi, mustard, fenugreek, fennel, garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add onions and sauté for another 5 minutes. Add potatoes, cilantro and cover tightly. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until potatoes are cooked all the way through.
