Synopsis Upkar is the movie of a model Indian farmer and Soldier. It shows the patriotic nature of a India and its citizens. Bharat is a poor farmer who works hard in the farms and supports his widowed mother and step brother, Puran. Circumstances create conflict between the two brothers and force Bharat to leave his farms and go to the war. War brings a painful change in the entire family, bringing them closer to each other. Bharat becomes a symbol of every model Indian farmer and Soldier by living up to the slogan of "Jai Jawan Jai Kisan".
