Synopsis Suraj Singh, a middle class youth marries Komal, the only daughter of a wealthy industrialist Yashpal Chaudhry, much against his wishes. The arrogant father plots to separate the two, and does succeed, but only after the birth of baby boy. Komal rejects the child, and returns to her dad, leaving Suraj to bring up the child alone. Both father and son move to an unknown place and he raise his son with the help of the villagers. Seven years later begins a bitter custody battle between Komal and Suraj for their son.
