This is a good product. I use an eyedropper of it in a short glass of tomato juice every morning. It makes me feel like I have more breath and that helps me with my stamina. I only use it for a couple of weeks and then I take a break for two weeks. This works very well for me. I can definitely tell the difference when I am not using it.
