The Ayurvedic products we offer are high end, pure plant based
supplements. These are free of chemicals of toxins.
Kamdudha is used for acidity and indigestion and reducing high pitta
[heat] in the body.
Typically no side effects. Best to be moderate in usage and have it after meals.
Dietary changes would also be beneficial.

I have an ayurvedic recipe for vata balancing that calls for kama dudha... but without the word 'moti" after it. Is this the same herb?
