This powder is not for dyeing purposes. It is used for festivities and events, either dry or mixed with water.

The product mentioned by you does not glow in the dark but are bright colors.

Hello,
this powder is used in the Indian festival of Holi traditionally & in the West for events such as photo shoots, color run marathons, etc.
Cannot be used for dyeing purposes & not for human consumption.

Rangoli colors are denser as they are meant to remain at surface level. We do not carry this at present, apologies.
Holi colors are lighter in density as these are meant to be dispersed.
