I have the same exact question as the other person. The white locking piece seems to have cracked. It was running when all of a sudden the arm jumped out and I noticed the white piece was cracked. I was able to click it back in and finish but the clicking was also louder than usual, I thought. Is it possible to get just that white locking piece to replace? Thanks.
