How many Dhokla trays fit in a 84 pcs commercial idli steamer? Same as the number of idli trays (i.e. 6) ? Is it the same for the larger commercial idli steamers?
Do you own one of 'Commercial Idli Steamer for Restaurant Style Idli, 72 Pcs Idli Maker'? Can you help if you know the answer?

In the 84 pc idli steamer, you can fit 7 dhokla trays, in the 72 pc idli steamer - you can fit 6. The larger one that can make 108 idlis - you can put 9 dhokla trays.
