Do you own one of 'Stainless Steel Coffee Filter/Drip Coffee Maker Size#7'? Can you help if you know the answer?

The coffee filter has two cylinders, with the upper cylinder containing holes.
Add coffee grounds to the upper cylinder.
Pour hot water over the coffee grounds.
The coffee drips through the holes in the upper cylinder into the lower cylinder.
The coffee concentrate, or decoction, is collected in the lower cylinder.
