does this work for tamales?
Do you own one of 'Commercial Idli Steamer for Restaurant Style Idli, 84 Pcs Idli Maker'? Can you help if you know the answer?

This is a steamer and is used to make indian rice cakes / idlis or dhokla. Customers also use them to make momos. Not sure about tamales.
