Hi, If I'm using this to roast eggplant, etc. on a gas stove, will the juices be trapped in the grill so the gas burner stays unaffected.
Do you own one of 'Stainless Steel Papad Jali, Roti Roast Grill Roaster 8"'? Can you help if you know the answer?

There are small holes in ss jali may be juices little bit will comes in gas burner.
