We own a VINOD 8 Liter "Sail- Stainless Steel Sandwich-bottom" Vinod, made in India. The original 2 pressure seals are cracking and the cooker is inefficient and leaks steam when in use, as it is about 10 years old. The old seal measures as follows:
External Diameter : 9 + 13/16 in.
Internal Diameter : 8 + 5/8 in.
Width of rubber : 5/8 in.
What is the replacement part that I need?

vinod 8L SS pressure cooker dimension are Outer Diameter- 9 5/8 inch and Inner Diameter- 9"
since you are sure about the capacity of it you can order 8L gasket.

I have a vinod stainless steel 2L pressure cooker. The old stuff ring i have current lg measures 20 cm x 20 cm x 2.5 cm. What is the current ring i should get. Thank you.

Thanks for the inquiry. you can order from the Desiclik, select Stainless steel Model and in custom text : mention 2 Liter. We have 2L Gasket for it. The measurement you provided doesn't match, you can measure Outer Diameter in order to purchase the gaskets.

Is this gasket about 9 inches in diameter and about a half inch thick. I have a Vinod pressure cooker that leaks all around the seal, and the gaskets about about 10 years old, so I guess I need a replacement. Please advise.

I Recommend you to measure Inner Diameter & Outer diameter. Is it SS or Splendid Cooker? You can order it from the website and mention Size in custom text.
