Return Policy

At Elegant, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. You may return/exchange any merchandise within 3 days of receipt of your shipment.

To return/exchange a merchandise, we need to be contacted within 24 hours of receipt of shipment to qualify to get a return/exchange approval.

Once approved, please make sure to postmark the return shipment and communicate the tracking details within 3 days of the receipt to be eligible for return/exchange. Buyer pays for return shipping and provides tracking information. Origination shipping charges are not refunded unless the item received is damaged. Return shipping will be paid by the customer even in case of items qualified for Free Shipping on the original order. A restocking fee of 15% plus original shipping charges even in case of items qualified for Free Shipping on the original order will be deducted for all returns and exchanges.

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. All merchandise is shipped from IL, USA.

We only ship within USA and use USPS. Shipping Fees are based on weight of your order and starts at $6.65, excluding Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico (these may have additional fees).
