Synopsis Anjali lives a rich lifestyle. Her dad would like her to get married to Ram, who comes from a wealthy family. But she is passionately in love with Dev a poor young man, with no family background and has lived the life of an orphan. Anjali is coerced into marrying Ram much against her wishes. Anjali is unhappy in her new home as her in-laws constantly bully her. She is not getting along with Ram because she is still in love with Dev. However, after a confrontation with them ahe learns that Ram’s family is only after his fortune. It is then Anjali begins to fall in love with her husband. Three years later Dev re-enters their lives, this time as the son of a wealthy woman. When he finds out that Anjali has married Ram, he conceives a plot to financially ruin Ram and thus make him eligible for Anjali.
