Upon return approval, you can return/exchange the merchandise. All Returns must be received within 5 days of the Return Approval. There may be a 10% discretionary re-stocking fee for returns.
Origination shipping (even if shipped free) are deducted from all returns / exchange unless an item you received was damaged or defective. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please be sure that return shipments are properly packed and fully insured. We are not responsible for returned packages if lost by carrier.

The biryani pot was great. However the lid was totally danged for any dent but the edge was not smoothed out. throughout the lid edge is sharp that could cut the fingers while handling.I have several lids that can fit the pot. But you should alert the supplier for adhering to the best manufacturing practices. May be you should open up one or to for inspections, or you may have missed inspecting this one.
