The jalebi kadai is a beautiful, well-constructed kadai. Unfortunately, it is too large (my mistake) to use for normal family servings (unless preparing a meal for a reunion). I have purchased a much smaller stainless kadai from Vinod that works fine. I also purchased an iron wok made by a company in the USA that is as effective as an iron kadi from India (which is not easily purchased in the USA).
