RECIPE: :Spicy Chicken with Vegetables , Cook time: 35min., Prep. time: 20min., Serving size: 4-6, Heat level: Hot 6 tbsp. vegetable oil1 onion, chopped 1/2 tsp. Rani turmeric1 tsp. Rani coriander powder1 tsp. Rani cumin powder1 tsp. Rani Extra Hot Chili Powder2 tbsp. water1 1/2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken, cubed2 lbs tomatoes, chopped1 large green pepper, chopped5 garlic cloves, chopped2 fresh green chilies, chopped Heat the oil in a large fry pan or wok, add the onion and fry until soft. Mix in turmeric, coriander, cumin, chili powder and water. Cook until water has evaporated. Add the pieces of chicken and fry on all sides. Add tomatoes and a salt to taste. Cover and cook for 15min. add the green pepper, garlic and chilies. Uncover and cook until tomato juices have evaporated and chicken is cooked through
