The herbs work well as far as I can tell. The medicine is working as I thought it will. I grew up listening to the effects of these medicines. This is just a simple tonic given to people children and adult alike. The taste isn't bitter at all. The only thing to keep in mind is the dosage, if you have the dosage regulated you may as well see some results in a few weeks.
I feel more active and energetic with these. These are ayurvedic herbs so they may take time in absorption or something, that's all me. But I can side with its effects.
