Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. If item was shipped FREE, original S&H is deducted upon return/exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Any item that is Misused or abused will not be considered as defective. There may be a 20% discretionary restocking fee unless the item is defective or damaged merchandise.
