How to & Tips for Efficient PIP Cooking in pressure cooker: => Make sure to remove any tags and labels before using this pan. => When using this pan on cooktop, DO NOT use high heat; use only medium heat to avoid warping and discoloration. => Add minimum one cup of water or more as recommended in the inner liner of the cooker. This pan can be placed by itself in the cooker on a trivet or with a compatible PIP set like Dubbas 3 Tier Insert Pans. => When using this pan for PIP cooking, the bottom pan cooks slightly faster than top pans. Place items that take a little longer to cook in the bottom pan. => For cooking items like Pasta or Rice - you will need water in both the pans - the inner pot of your Instant Pot to generate the necessary steam to pressure cook AND water in the Dubbas Pan containing pasta or rice. Care & Cleaning: 1. Wash with warm water and soap and remove all tags before first use. 2. To avoid warping and discoloration, DO NOT use high heat when using this pan on cooktop; Use ONLY on medium heat non-induction stove. 3. Dry before nesting & storing in cabinet to avoid spots.
