How to & Tips for Efficient PIP Cooking in pressure cooker:
=> Make sure to remove any tags and labels before using this pan.
=> When using this pan on cooktop, DO NOT use high heat; use only medium heat to avoid warping and discoloration.
=> Add minimum one cup of water or more as recommended in the inner liner of the cooker. This pan can be placed by itself in the cooker on a trivet or with a compatible PIP set like Dubbas 3 Tier Insert Pans.
=> When using this pan for PIP cooking, the bottom pan cooks slightly faster than top pans. Place items that take a little longer to cook in the bottom pan.
=> For cooking items like Pasta or Rice - you will need water in both the pans - the inner pot of your Instant Pot to generate the necessary steam to pressure cook AND water in the Dubbas Pan containing pasta or rice.

2. To avoid warping and discoloration, DO NOT use high heat when using this pan on cooktop; Use ONLY on medium heat non-induction stove.
