If you cannot locate an outfit for a specific size, please contact us. All products are shipped locally from our warehouse in NY, USA.
Return Policy
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment and we would be glad to work with you and correct the problem. To return/exchange a merchandise, follow the steps below:

  1. Please email us based on the email address on your invoice for a Return Approval within 24 hours of receipt of shipment.
  2. Pack the unused merchandise as you received it with all packaging and tags intact, and ship it back to us within 3 days of receipt.
A 10% restocking fee plus S&H will be charged for all returns and exchanges after 3 days.

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Returns department and refund is processed in 3 to 7 days. Any unauthorized, uninsured, improperly packed package or any package not postmarked within 3 days of receipt will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been used, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Shipping charges, low order fees and any other initiation charges, if applicable, are not refunded; if merchandise was shipped free, upon return / exchange, the initial shipping cost will also be charged to the customer. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.
Shipping Info
All orders are processed in 2 to 3 business days and shipped from NY, USA. You can expect to receive you order within 4 to 7 business days depending on the shipping method you choose.
