Shipping:We process most orders within 3 business days. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for shipping large bulky items like restaurants equipment etc that require freight service. All merchandise is shipped from our warehouse in PA, USA. We use UPS or FEDEX for all your shipping needs. Our shipping charges start at $6.00. We make every effort to keep a good stock of all the items on our site. Occasionally, a high-demand item may be sold out. If an item you ordered is sold out, we will notify you via email. Any FREE SHIPPING offers are only available to contiguous USA excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. For any Residential Freight Service Delivery - Please add additional $125 shipping service charge. Return: We work hard to make sure that our customers are satisfied with what they purchase from us. Please reach out to us within 5 business days of receipt of the item in case there is an issue. No returns / exchange or Claims will be accepted after 5 days. Upon return approval, you can return/exchange the merchandise. All Returns must be received within 5 days of the Return Approval. There may be a 10% discretionary re-stocking fee for returns. Origination shipping & handling are deducted from all returns / exchange unless an item you received was damaged or defective. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please be sure that return shipments are properly packed and fully insured. We are not responsible for returned packages if lost by carrier. Large bulky items like restaurants equipment, big frames and home decor merchandise cannot be accepted for return unless damaged.
