Now you can make multiple cheesecakes at the same time in the Instant Pot using Stacking Insert Pans. Below, is my experiment to show you how to make two cheesecakes and caramel sauce at the same time using PIP method in Instant Pot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A few months ago, I decided to try to see if I could make two cheesecakes at the same time in Instant Pot. I used Ashley Singh’s (myheartbeets) “three ingredient mango cheesecake” recipe https:\/\/myheartbeets.com\/<\/a> with a few tweaks. These are crustless, Indian-style cheesecakes (aka bhapa doi). Since I had Dubbas Insert Pans which is 3 tier, I decided to use the third insert to make caramel (although I knew that I’d have to put in the caramel a second time since the cook time for caramel is longer than that for cheesecakes). I attempted a mango cheesecake in the bottom insert, coffee cheesecake in the top insert and caramel in the middle insert. Success! Next time maybe I will try 3 cheesecakes – all different flavors!
